Accomodations & Meals
Cran Acres is two houses on a private 5.6 acre compound located in Historic Brewster. Surrounded by meadows, ponds, and forest, and only a quick 10 minute walk from a tranquil, sun warmed beach, it is truly a nature lover's paradise and the perfect setting for Soul Spa.
The retreat includes 2 nights of lodging in the houses on Cran Acres, Brewster, MA.
The houses are fully equipped with well-stocked kitchens, linens and plenty of firewood.
Bedroom assignments - with king sized, queen sized bed, twin beds available - will be allocated upon booking.
All meals each day will be prepared by our in-house chef featuring locally sourced organic produce, meat and fish. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day.

Transportation
Boston and Providence are 1 to 1.5 hours away by bus or car.
NYC is about 5.5 away by bus to Hyannis about 5.5 hours away.
We can pick you up at the bus station.
By car, depending on timing and traffic NYC is either 3.5 hours or can be up to 4.5 with traffic.
We can help facilitate carpooling or renting a car to be shared. There will also be a few extra seats in leader's cars. Contact us for more information.
Payment Schedule
A minimum deposit of $150 is due upon booking. Early bird fees of $600 or $400 for commuters will be available until June 26th. After that, the full fee of $650/$450 will be implemented.
It is of course preferable that participants pay the entire fee upfront, but if a payment plan is required:
A second payment of $200 for early birds / $250 for full fee will be due by July 25th
Final payment of $200 by September 12th (two weeks out)

The Fine Print & Legal Jargon
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please also consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
‘Soul Spa LLC’ does not offer refunds for the deposit for any reason. If you should need to cancel prior to the final payment deadline of September 12th, 2020 the remainder of your payment will be refunded. Should you need to cancel after September 12th, the remainder of your payment must be paid in full. ‘Soul Spa LLC’ is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
