Meet This Episode's Guest
Lux Narayan
Hi, I’m Lux Narayan.
Actually, it’s Lakshmanan, a name pronounced in 18 different ways. All my friends call me Lux. I enjoy:
Storytelling. I believe it to be an art and a science necessary for life and work.
Founding unique companies and creating world-class technology products.
Writing medium form content, stand up comedy, and a book that’s been in my head for years.
The outdoors. I am an avid hiker, certified diver and soon to be certified pilot.
I live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey with my overlords: my wife, adult sons, and Nymeria, our ‘rescued’ dog from the time Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico. I am bi-continental and (used to) spend a lot of time in Chennai & Shillong, India.
Most recently, and up to our acquisition, I founded and headed Unmetric.
I was the first volunteer at ShareMyCake, a unique non profit founded by my wife.
I advise a few startups and non profits and enjoy helping folks who can possibly benefit from my own learnings. And more importantly, from my mistakes.
